qSIM Student Wins 1st Runner-Up at SPC 2026 Undergraduate Research Contest

Kirati Chumpraman, undergraduate researcher at qSIM Laboratory, received the 1st Runner-Up prize (18th Undergraduate Research Contest in Physics, Siam Physics Congress 2026) for the work "Multifrequency Optical Power Control in an Acousto-Optic Deflector for Optical Tweezer Applications in Quantum Simulation." Advisors: Dr. Nithiwadee Thaicharoen, Asst. Prof. Dr. Narupon Chattrapiban, and Dr. Phatthamon Kongkhambut.

Dr. Nithiwadee Thaicharoen Receives TSRI Research Award for Atom-Based Electric Field Sensing
